This Symposium aims to contribute to the exchange of information and experiences among participants on new findings in the various aspects of culinary herbs and mushrooms including cultivation practices or technology, pest and disease management, environment, ecology, conservation, nutritional and medicinal aspects, genetics and breeding and marketing. The Symposium will provide the exchange of information and experiences among the participants about new findings on culinary herbs and mushrooms. It will also provide multiple opportunities for interactions among scientists from many different countries of the world. Participants will also learn and discuss recent advances in the area of culinary herbs and mushrooms and will improve their contacts and collaborations with the other participants. The Symposium will contribute to the exchange of new ideas and research results, as well as better communication between academic research and industry.
