Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kazim Gündüz

Kazim Gündüz received his B.Sc. degree in Horticulture from Mustafa Kemal University, Hatay, Turkey in 1999. After graduating, he was appointed as a Research Assistant in the same department. He completed Master and PhD degree from Mustafa Kemal University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Horticulture, in 2003 and 2010, respectively. His Ph.D. dissertation was on the effect of different growing places on fruit quality and antioxidant capacity in strawberries. Now, he has been an Associate Professor Mustafa Kemal University, Hatay, Turkey since 2014. He has teacher and researcher at Mustafa Kemal University. Between 2012-2013, he was a guest researcher at the University of Michigan (USA) Faculty of Soil Sciences. Dr Gündüz research interests focus on fruit quality and plant physiology on small fruits. He published articles on fruit quality of strawberry, blackberry, cornelian cherry, plum, creategus and jujube.
