  • Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the congress, are requested to contact the registration secretariat at registration@ihc2018.org. Only participants who complete their registration will be included in the program.
  • The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird deadline, it will not be considered as early bird if the payment was not received before the deadline.
  • Registration Fees include VAT.
  • Above fees are available only for local participants who register and complete their payment before or on January 31, 2018.
  • International Society of Horticultural Science (ISHS) plans to take photographs and video material at the XXX. International Horticultural Congress  in Istanbul, Turkey and reproduce them in ISHS educational, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the ISHS website. By participating at the XXX. International Horticultural Congress  in Istanbul, Turkey, you grant ISHS the right to use your name, photograph and biography for such purposes. All postings become the property of ISHS. Postings may be displayed, distributed or used by ISHS for any purpose.

1 This fee is available only for those who are member of national associations. To be eligible for delegate fees, delegates are required to produce documentary evidence of their paid membership.

2 To be eligible for the student fee, students are required to produce documentary evidence of their status such as copy of student ID card or official statement on university or institution letterhead . Without this documentation, non-member fees will be applied. You may send necessary document by fax at +90 212 347 63 63 or via email to registration@ihc2018.org.

Cancellation Policy – Registration:
Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the IHC 2018 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63, or via e-mail to registration@ihc2018.org .

  • Cancellations received before or on February 3, 2018 – full refund less € 100 administration fee
  • Cancellations received on or after February 4, 2018 –  no refund, name change will be available
Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of IHC 2018, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.

  • Room reservations will be made through Dekon Congress & Tourism.
  • Please make your reservations early, bookings are on a first-come first-served basis.

  • Rates quoted are in Euros, including breakfast and taxes.
  • Rooms will only be reserved after receiving one night deposit by credit card or bank transfer, and will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Payments should be completed before or on March 21, 2018. If the payment has not been completed until that date, reservations will automatically be cancelled and the deposit will be kept as penalty.
  • For reservation requests on or after March 8, 2018, full payment by credit card or bank transfer will be required for confirmation.
  • Hotel check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00. If you would like to check-in before 14:00, please book your room one night prior to your arrival.

  • Reservations will be confirmed only after receiving the full payment by credit card or bank transfer. If the payment has not been received by January 5, 2015, it will be assumed that the participant no longer wishes to go on the tour and the reservation will automatically be cancelled.
  • Above tours are available between or on February 1 – 7, 2015.
  • Above tours can be operated with a minimum of 5 attendees. Dekon may cancel a tour if the minimum number of people required is not reached. In such cases, the fees will be fully refunded.

Cancellations of daily tours should be received in writing by the CODATU 2015 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63, or via e-mail to registration@codatu2015.org . An administrative fee of € 10 will be applied for any cancellations before or on January 20, 2015.
Absolutely no refund will be processed for cancellations on or after January 21, 2015.
Please note that tour refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of CODATU 2015, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellations received between or on January 6 - 20, 2015: Eligible for 50% refund.
Absolutely no refund will be processed for cancellations on or after January 21, 2015.
